霊峰白山の麓、豊富な雪どけ水に潤される加賀平野で、土づくりからこだわって作られた「こしひかり」を直接仕入で取り寄せています。
柔らかくて甘みのある、旨みがしっかりとしたお米です。和食には“美味しいご飯”が欠かせません、是非“ご飯”もご賞味ください。
