We would like to introduce a dinner course recommended for special occasions.

～We will entertain you with our signature Kaga cuisine.
We offer you dishes with a fresh sensibility added to the Kaga cuisine cultivated in the ancient capital of Kanazawa.
Among them, the course meal introduced here [Horai Horai 18,000 yen (including tax and service charge)],
Recommended for birthdays, anniversaries, and other occasions when you want to celebrate with a spectacular meal.
We have prepared a 9-course menu that emphasizes a sense of the season and makes the most of the ingredients' natural flavors.
This season (from September 3 to October 15) is "Salmon with grilled frosting and Kaga tai cucumber" and "Scallops and Kintoki grass with red leaf mustard,
The menu includes dishes such as "Grilled sea bass (from Kanazawa Port) with ginkgo nuts, roasted chestnuts, and roasted mushrooms" that will make you feel the autumn season.
Please enjoy to your heart's content the dishes served in Kutani ware and Yamanaka lacquerware dishes, which are more gorgeous than ever.
